I just wanted to show an example of a typical tasting plate I do for wedding cakes. Starting from the top center and going clockwise:
White cake with cream cheese filling & fresh raspberries
Strawberry cake with chocolate buttercream filling
Almond cake with buttercream filling
White cake with buttercream filling
Mocha chip cake with chocolate buttercream filling
Red Velvet cake with cream cheese frosting
Coconut cake with buttercream filling and shaved coconut
