Tacky 80's Sweater Cake

This topsy turvy tacky 80's sweater cake was made for Lindsay's 30th "80's themed" birthday bash. It is a 6" and 8" strawberry cake with fresh strawberry and buttercream filling. The client asked for neon, tacky and funky, so I really went to town! The cake is airbrushed neon colors with all sorts of tacky 80's accents. I think it like totally rocks dude.

This fun little cake is for an 80's themed 30th birthday party. The cake is red velvet with cream cheese filling, buttercream frosting, covered in black fondant and all fondant details. The Rubik's cube is also red velvet cake and the cassette tape is made out of gumpaste. Tubular!
