This is 3 dozen mini cupcakes- chocolate, white and red velvet with a "sushi" and "red and black" theme. These were fun to do because I actually do not eat sushi so had to ask all my friends for advice on which "rolls" to try to recreate!!

"Leah,

The cupcakes were delicious and so adorable!! Everyone loved them. Several people asked who had made them. We'll pass along your info.

Great job!

Vegas Cake & Cupcakes

This Cake and Cupcakes were made for an auction for a Walnut Creek Elementary school. The theme of the night was "Viva Las Vegas"! I didn't get a picture of the cakes & cupcakes together and set up because they had to be kept in the fridge since they would not be up for auction until the end of the night. If you can't tell the cupcakes spell out Viva Las Vegas :)
The cake was a checkerboard chocolate and white cake (when you cut into it it literally looks like a checkerboard) with buttercream filling & fondant details on the outside of the cake. The cupcakes are a delicious southern red velvet recipe (with my SECRET ingredient) and a fluffy cream cheese buttercream w/ fondant letters!

"Hello Leah I just wanted to thank you for the fabulous cake last

night. We bought the cake and everyone at the table had nothing but

great things to say about your cupcakes. They were moist and pretty

and tasted fabulous. I personally loved your cream cheese frosting.

We were all fully impressed with the fact that the cake looked so

smooth and beautiful without being covered in a full sheet of fondant.

Just thought I would let you know that all you time and effort was

apreciated. And we will remeber you for our future cake needs."
